How much does MultiShop+ cost?
The integrated shop (Stripe) is available from the Creator plan (€4.99/mo) and Pro (€14.99/mo). You need a connected Stripe Connect account to get paid. See the Pricing page for details.
What commission does ZIC take?
ZIC takes 3% on each sale, plus Stripe fees (about 2.9% + €0.30 per transaction in Europe). No listing fees or hidden commission.
When do I get paid?
Customer payments go through Stripe Connect. Payouts to your bank account follow Stripe's schedule (typically a few business days depending on country and account history).
Who handles shipping?
You for physical goods: ZIC gives you orders, addresses and a dashboard — you ship. For digital products, download is automatic after payment once the file is attached to the product.
What about VAT and invoices?
Stripe handles payment and baseline compliance. You find every order in your MultiShop+ admin and can print an invoice. You remain responsible for your own tax filings.
Do I need a Stripe account?
Yes — MultiShop+ runs on Stripe Connect. Complete Stripe onboarding once (identity + bank account); ZIC never sees your bank details or your customers' card numbers.
Do my buyers become ZIC fans?
If the buyer has a ZIC account at checkout, they join your community base. You can re-engage them for the next product, a Drop or a tour — respecting marketing consent.
